Working out by body position lets you maximize time and efficiency in your workout by allowing you to move easily from one exercise to the next.
Body Position: Kneeling Backward
This position provides integrated training and conditioning of the posterior shoulders, back, arms and lateral hips. Kneeling Backward is a progression of Seated Backward and requires more global stability.
Before progressing to this position be sure you have proficient stability and balance, otherwise use Seated Backward position.
