Visit the Total Gym booth at designated fitness trade shows and take the Total Gym Personal Fitness Trainer Challenge!

The PFT Challenge involves performing three exercises:
  1. Pull Up
  2. Hamstring Curl
  3. Military Press
All contestants perform each of the above exercises on the same resistance level. Each exercise is performed until muscular failure or the contestant quits. The total number of repetitions for each exercise is added together to generate each participant's total score.

Male and female contestants participate in separate divisions. Each division has a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner, and each winner receives a CASH PRIZE!
