Working out by body position lets you maximize time and efficiency in your workout by allowing you to move easily from one exercise to the next.
Body Position: Kneeling Forward
This position provides training and conditioning of the anterior shoulders, chest and arms. Trunk stabilization is integrated into the exercises, as the upper body is upright and unsupported. Kneeling Forward is a progression of Seated Forward and requires more global stability.
Before progressing to this position be sure you have proficient stability and balance, otherwise use Seated Forward position.
