Resting comfortably on the glideboard, you can achieve maximal results with efficient movements that engage multipl,e muscle groups for training and conditioning of the  shoulders, arms and trunk. 

Refrain from using this position if you have been diagnosed as hypertensive or following cardiovascular exercise.
