The Total Gym Row Trainer uses adjustable incline bodyweight resistance integrating strength with cardio. Specifically designed for rowing, but at an incline, the Row Trainer allows for additional exercises such as an alternating side to side row and a biceps curl. The smooth consistent load through concentric and eccentric phases allows all major muscle groups to be used simultaneously. Great for beginners and advanced athletes.
